Something you’ll notice is that some of the backgrounds behind the panels all show a single image that reflects the scene, like in the previous it was all bloody and in this one it’s a cave. Not much else to say about this one other than we originally were going have the cave in the forest, but I decided a mountain setting seemed a better choice and the background in the last panel works well with that decision.
I had a lot of fun doing the lighting for this scene, especially the second panel.
