Description:

Some doodles I did some years back. (Posting because its revelance to Flurry)

‘To where and back again’ has got to be the best Season finale so far.
Pure fan service for every Changeling lover out there.

And with the finale came the return of Thorax - the guy has only been in one season and is already turning into a fan favorite.
Upon seeing him, my head was instantly filed with questions surrounding the nature of his transformation, and the implications behind it. the Idea that instantly sprung to my head was that the sparkle in his wings was fragments of crystallized emotions. (positive emotions of course) Living in a land where the emotions of people are constantly channeled through the crystal heart has got to have had an effect on a creature that feeds on such energies. And it might be lowly turning him into a crystal-changeling pony - as his body mutated into new way of storing this overdose of energy.
(this mutation might also have been what gave him the ability to share/channel the love, (similar to the crystal heart) rather then just consume it.)
That’s why I though Chrysalis would be unable to completely drain him.

Another theory is that being in the proximity of the worlds most powerful foal might have had a profound effect on him.
(you’d never know)

(also - while coloring - I noticed that Flurry heart and Starlight Glimmer basically has the same color scheme.)
(I’m sure there are no implications there.)
