Desert Moon and Skyla are good friends. They met at the Crystal festival in which Dessy tried to eat Skyla’s mane thinking it was cotton candy. They’ve been close ever since. Other than Empress Cadence and Shining Armor, Dessy is the only pony Skyla willingly talks to.

Note: Skyla is older than Desert Moon but hasn’t grown an inch since they met. As such, whenever they go to bars together, Des has to vouch for Sky even though her ID is valid.
