Description
Twilight visits some of the filming locations of Jurassic Park!
This is the location where the T-Rex/Gallimimus scene was filmed. This is the tree Grant and the kids took shelter under from the Gallimimus stampede, and then to hide from the T-Rex as it attacked and ate one. It still exists, and has not completely rotted away yet.
The reverse of this shot shows the treeline the T-Rex burst out of to attack the Gallimimus.
This location is in the Ka’a’awa Valley, on Kualoa Ranch on Oahu. Tours are available, and a dirt road runs by the tree now.
Deeper in the valley some scenes of Jurassic World were also shot.
