As part of the enforcement of the Equestrian Treaty on Ethical Politics, Rarity and Fluttershy were sent to initiate an official diplomatic mission in Britain. Unfortunately space in London proved to be at a premium and, as such, standard embassy territory seemed totally unsuitable for ambassadors as big as these ponies.
 
Rarity, however, was most resistant to the idea of establishing an embassy on the edge of the urban area; in her eyes an Equestrian embassy had to be in the same sort of area as all the other embassies.
 
Fluttershy, desperate to preserve the cosmopolitan layout not to mention avoid accusations of being monstrous, did her best to persuade Rarity that the size difference between the two worlds warranted a major re-examination of diplomatic protocol.
