Description

So Im thinking maybe this guys main shtick is that he likes giving ponies advice. Of course, being who he is, its usually a lot of hogwash. He isnt exactly intentionally malicious about it (merely mischievous), but when confronted with the consequences, hell usually shrug it off. And he still gets ponies asking him at times, because hey, he is the son of two practically god-like beings. Hes gotta know something.
