Here’s another idea that I thought up.
 
Homer Simpson has come to visit Fluttershy at her cottage. Fluttershy tells Homer to keep low when entering for the cottage is designed for ponies.
 
As Homer enters in, he starts to feel some pain in his back from bending over. He wants to stand up, but he remembers Fluttershy’s advice and continues to keep himself bent. But the pain in his back keeps getting worse and Homer had no choice but to stand up.
 
“Watch your…” Fluttershy began. But Homer soon bumps his head on the ceiling and let’s out an angry “D’oh!”
 
“Head,” Fluttershy finished.
