I guess you caught Rarity at a bad time, best come back when shes not so busy.
 
I am so sorry that this one took so long, between work and learning to do digital art again while finding new ways to do it was a challenge!  
Found a new way to work on shading and making the face look a little more “three dimensional” as well as a fun new way of detailing manes and tails. The clothes were a bit challenging though, as well as the curtains.  
Going to experiment with a line-less style soon, it looks kinda nice. The background was going to be simple, but I settled on a Carousel boutique workroom instead. I wasn’t even going to do much outside the window, but decided to add some activity outside.
 
Based on the Traditional version.
 
I’m very happy with how it turned out, thought I wish I could have done it faster.
