Goddess of our star,

As ancient as ancestry,

Wings of lashing silver,

Adorned most by the wisdom,

Our Benevolent Queen,  
A gift of starlit revival,

Princess Celestia has always been an intriguing character to me. Ageless and powerful, she truly is as a goddess to her people. She was originally to be a queen, according to Lauren Faust, her creator. But, as Disney teaches us, queens are old and wicked, princess are young and pretty. But there’s no one ruling above Celestia, and I think her true identity is that of a queen.
