Oh my, seems that some of the prep that parade blimp mentioned involved getting Minty’s padding properly puffy and floaty, too! With the help of a huge tank of helium for drinking up from, he’s certainly not holding back as he uses his pudgy, squeaky belly to huff and puff that cushy rump bigger and bigger, and give it that little extra floatiness too~
