3 inch customized toy with Sculpey, Testors enamel gold and acrylic paints. Though Twilight’s armor looks traditional, it’s actually a hybrid of the modern “Stryker” armor and Traditional Equestrian armor. The body is light weight ceramic forms in ballistic mesh with full underside protection. The helmet is a composite resin, ballistic mesh, pressed material, though the “Crown” is cold rolled “Lunar” steel (provided by Princess Luna) hammered and painted to resemble her standard Crown. This provides full horn protection. The “Kite” forms at the chest, flanks, legs, and “Cheek” forms at the neck and shoulders, are ceramic plates in ballistic mesh with “quick change” capability. The outer “Chest Plate” that has Twilight’s insignia, is “Solarium” steel provided by Princess Celestia. This suit weighs one half of standard armor, but, provides 60 percent more protection and coverage.
