NOTE: This is both a request from ‘superfun’ as well as a sequel to 2260374 as I know a lot of people probably didn’t like Zephyr winning in the end…
It’s been 2 weeks since Zephyr Breeze hypnotized Rainbow Dash into being his girlfriend one day during summer vacation and all throughout this time, the boy has really been enjoying himself. While Dash still acts like her normal, tomboyish self when she is around her friends, she gains a flirty, romantic side whenever she goes out with Zephyr. The two spend most of their time together at the beach as sort of a ‘reminder’ of the day they officially hooked up. Sometimes, they’d sunbath together. Other times, they would ‘socialize’ underneath the old boardwalk. And on the odd occasion, when they don’t really know what to do, Rainbow would stand in front of her ‘boyfriend’ as sits in his beach chair and just pose for him, showing off how lovely her body looks in her swimsuit. However, while Zephyr has been living the high life with his brainwashed dream girl, there is another who wishes to have Rainbow to himself. The boy in question is a member of the Canterlot High football team named Touchdown, who has had a crush of Rainbow for a long time now, having grown attracted to her not just for her good looks, but also her fierce loyalty, her impressive athletic prowess, and her usual chill demeanor. However, he has never managed to actually tell the blue-skinned athlete how he feels about her, and having witnessed Zephyr hypnotize the girl into loving him a few weeks prior, Touchdown chooses to also use hypnosis (which is a secondary hobby for him) into winning Rainbow’s heart. After secretly following the couple on one of their beach dates, Touchdown waits until Zephyr leaves the girl on her own (why, he doesn’t care) and once he’s gone, he makes his way over to Rainbow, who is starting to doze off for a nap. Taking out a gold pocket watch, Touchdown begins swinging it in front of Dash’s eyes and starts putting her in a trance. Once Rainbow is fully asleep, her mind blank and open to suggestion, Touchdown tells her that she will no longer be in love with Zephyr when she wakes up and that she will believe that she is his girlfriend instead, adding that she will retain no memory of her time with Zephyr at all….
After Dash accepts the reprogramming with a drowsy nod of her head, Touchdown stows the watch in his pocket before using his voice to guide the sleeping athlete to his spot on the beach. As he does this, he takes a minute to admire how cute Dash looks throughout this, the tomboy slowly dragging her bare feet through the sand with her arms stretched in front of her like a sleepwalker and a little smile on her face. When they reach his spot, Touchdown has Rainbow lay down on a beach blanket to continue her nap, telling her to wake up in exactly 8 minutes with her new conditioning in mind. Once that is done, he heads back to the tomboy’s old spot to collect her things for later, where he finds Zephyr (who returned just a second ago) looking for his (now former) girlfriend. Touchdown simply informs him that she lost interest in him and has moved on before gathering up Rainbow’s things and heading off, leaving Zephyr none the wiser as to what exactly happened to his date…..
