I rewrote the second part of “The Price You Must Pay” about three times. In the second draft I had Derpy fix him up a bit, but it ran dry and dragged out the story for too long, so I gave it up. But I simply had to do a “Nurse Derpy” picture.
 
I worked on this literally the entire afternoon. I kinda had nothing else to do.  
I didn’t want to have to paint the background I had in mind, so I just decided to photomanipulate it.
 
UPDATE: Added more shading, darkened black eye a bit.
