It’s always smart to use garters to hold stockings up. Plus, garters add a bit of sex appeal to the wearer, both making them feel sexy and look sexy if someone ever gets a peak under their dress. Cold Front might be wearing a modest evening gown tonight, but he loves the feel of garters tugging on his stockings and making him feel like the woman he wants to be.
