“I rather like Twilight Sparkle, she does annoy me slightly but as a main character I think shes good. Her dress how ever, was a complete ass to design. This is the second complete design I came up with after I nearly finished the first one. The original kept looking off to me and not how I envisioned it so I transformed it into an 1820s evening gown and made the stars on her dress more of a magical (dare I say, sparkly?) feel.
 
Her face is also different from what I imagined, it was originally square shaped how ever, when I draw Dabby in this style she has a square face. So when I drew Twilight, she looked like Dabby which was a problem. Ended up giving her a diamond shaped face and Im happy with it. For the body, I wanted her to be more of a pear shape but that got lost underneath the dress. I slightly based her off my friend who has nearly the same hair style as Twilight and works in a library.”
