Canterlot is, by all means, an enigmatic city; where centuries of ancient tradition meets the avant garde.
The word on the streets are equal amounts as to which noble is marrying into which honorable family, and who has had first-hand access to Rarity’s new line of risque couture.
Fleur, at the prime of her catwalk career, does tend to also be considered by many as a ‘trophy wife’ of sorts to one of the city’s most affluent gentlemen.
That makes her not only a professional of the highest order, but also a member of the prestigious nobility.
She’s rich beyond wildest dreams. Societal and political strings hang limp at her fingertips, begging to be tugged.
And she’s bored.
The seedier world of Canterlot’s underground fighting circuits have long since welcomed her into the folds so equally grim and decadent that the Marquis de Sade would have blushed - and it where many of her runway colleagues settle their debts and scores.
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, and sometimes, on really special occasions, you die.
It thrills her.
In the end, a few run-of-the-mill runway models permanently missing from the catwalk will not be missed.

So I spoke to Sindroom a few weeks ago about creating an updated Fleur based on the enh models, but lo and behold, someone had already commissioned him to make her earlier! In his benevolence, he was also generous enough to allow me to test her out prior to release - making me absolutely giddy with excitement.
If you don’t know him, you should; he’s responsible for a lot of the very high quality models we have in the community today.
I’ve commissioned him a few times as well in the past, notably for Gilda and more recently, PB & Marcy.
As I write this, he’s opened commissions once more amid a trying time. Definitely worth grabbing a (s)lot:
