Author Note: For the past few months I had become very discontented with Hightide’s design. (You folks remember Hightide right? Kek, believe it or not, Cherry Bomber isn’t an only child.) It wasn’t reflecting his personality. I felt that he was too bulky so I made him leaner with longer legs. He can’t fly obviously but he can run, jump, and swim like it’s nobody’s business but his own. (Hopefully I’ll be drawing him doing more of that in the future.) So I did the practical thing and redrew his body to reflect those attributes. As far as his mane is concerned, this is most likely the default style, but I’ll probably draw him with a longer mane as well. Since hair does tend to grow, and I mentally see him with both.
