But seriously, I need to work on paws and clawed hands. For now though, have some concept work!
 
This is Ambassador Kilran, or at least the work in progress for his design, things might change as I go. He’s based on a Secretary bird, and I might make him longer in the legs since they are pretty long legged birds.
 
He’s one of the Ambassadors to Equestria for the Gryphon nation (not Griffonstone, which in my timeline is a separatist colony). He’s going to play a role in the story, very soon actually, as I’m trying to get the ball rolling again.
