Give your hi’s to Rainbow Dash, and to her weapon The Winged Scatterbolt. This weapon may appear to look like your average shotgun, but it isn’t. This bad boy has been modified to shoot out lightning bolts from the needle of this gun which would leave anypony completely shocked.
 
The Winged Scatterbolt is designed for the hit-and-run specialists. See a tightly-packed group of enemies? Shoot one of them, and everypony nearby will too become shocked from the lightning bolt as the result of that one pony being hit from your weapon.
 
Outfit and weapon is based on the Scout from the video game Team Fortress 2.
