A day ago:

Today:
!https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/jkojgghybxppsvn/pbcaptcha2.png?dl=0!

Today (after several attempts):
!https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/p4bkyhczdvdp0yy/pbcaptcha3.png?dl=0!
It also affect registration (registration is not possible).

On Network tab it's visible that on request to https://hcaptcha.com/getcaptcha there's 403 error with response containing:
@"error":"access denied","reason":"Invalid domain \"ponybooru.org.\" from <IP address>"@
