Anyway, I just wanted someone to respond to my post to confirm whether or not anyone else thingks the song is actually kinda decent, or if I've just been brain-poisoned by listening to all the awful fucking soundtrack through two back-to-back playthroughs and wanted at least one of them to have _some_ kind of value beyond hate-fuel. And thus: I defaulted to the only one that the titular protagonists don't actually write and perform themselves, making it unquestionably the best by default.
