Now I’ve taken a bit of a bold step and gone for some humour that’s a little more mature, but keeping in good taste by not describing anything explicit.
The story Church Steeples is actually a short love story I wrote in 2011 when I was bored silly in my 1st year at uni about a girl named Church Steeples who moves to the countryside and finds trouble adjusting, but is assisted by a kind hearted but short tempered handyman. In the story itself I don’t describe a sex scene, but in order to make a stab at the book 50 Shades of Grey, I decided to write a little bit of similar passage at the end.
It’s interesting to note that the general consensus is that 50 Shades of Grey is a real turn on for women because of its explicit text, but I ran this question past a few of the girls on my course and fencing team, and they said that they’d never read anything so off-putting or generally disturbing in their life.
I really don’t know who thought that the book would be a turn on for people of both genders, but they were totally wrong…
Also, I’ve disabled comments so that no one can give away what Fluttershy accidentally said in Romanian. I ran this past two Romanian friends I have on my fencing team to make sure that it was written right. But if you wish to know, a quick trip to Google Translate will answer all your quandaries! :D
