I haven’t drawn much at all for almost a decade, due to some really bad carpal tunnel syndrome. I kind of thought that drawing was in my past, and really only did a couple pieces a year.
 
But a friend who had the same problem got a graphics tablet and found that he could draw again, so I grabbed a Huion KAMVAS Drawing Tablet to see what it would be like.
 
It is … exactly like drawing. Except it doesn’t hurt. At all.
 
It arrived today, and I got it set up and this is my first drawing on it.
 
As Lauren Faust says, now I just need to get the 1,000 crappy drawings out of me.
 
PS: Tomorrow I gotta color calibrate this thing. Out of the box the Huion’s colors are WEIRD.
