“So I tried to do a picture of what the inside of the rainbow tornado looked like at the end of the MLP season 1 pilot. After hours of trying this is about as far as I got that I was happy with, basically as soon as I tried to add the rainbow colours to the background it looked terrible.
 
My first go with dip pens and india ink, I then photographed it an digitally coloured it. I quite liked this workflow, going to do more with it but practice on way simpler images. I think I went too ambitious too quickly for something that I am totally new to, maybe I’ll come back to it who knows.
