Here they have set up a stand similar to what you would see at a Chilean Ramada/Chingana/Fonda, though minus the eucalyptus branch walls and cattail roof.
On the stands sign, Bucker is a pun for Becker, one of many Chilean beer brands and A Donde La Pateadora means At The Kickers.
What they are selling are the following:
-Apple chicha (chicha is a soft Latin American and Central American alcoholic beverage)
-Empanadas (apple or soy meat filled)
-Apple cider
-Earthquake (a Chilean cocktail)
-Fruit or soy kabobs
-Liquid bread (another way to say beer)
-Soy choripanes (A choripan is a food of Argentinean origin, which is a grilled sausage on a hot dog bun or on pan batido (dont know what its called in English), mostly the latter.)
-Apple pies
Big McIntosh and Applejack are dressed as a huaso (wha-so) and a huasa (wha-sa), which are basically the Chilean equivalents of cowboys and cowgirls, while Granny Smith and Apple Bloom are dressed as chinas (pronounced chee-nahs), who are often companions for huasos when dancing Cueca, Chiles national dance.
