“The theme of the day was “Exhausted Pony/Pony burning out”.
 
It’s just one of “those nights” for Luna.  
You know, the kind of one where everything seems to go south and you have to run everywhere like your mane was on fire just to keep things falling apart.  
Yeah. Exactly that kind of night, everything seems to be slightly off. It is only 3 In the morning and she is already pretty tuckered out.  
Her hooves and wings ache as she stretches them out and her lips turn into a slight grimace,  
the bruises still fresh from her recent brawl with some of the criminal element of Equestria. Unfortunate, but they’ll surely pick an honest job.  
She smiles to herself as she thinks of the thrill of the hunt. “Only a few more hours to go… Equestria’s sleep before mine.” she thinks to herself.  
She takes a moment to re-focus on the task at hand, and with a few beats of her powerful wings she takes flight and soars high up to the moonlit sky,  
scanning the horizon for anything out of the ordinary, like a silent sentinel.”
