Equestria Girls: JVJ-24061 turns murderbot
 
With all the social distancing and staying at home going on during the Coronavirus pandemic, i’ve have a lot of free time. So I decided to sit down and re-edit the Equestria Girls music video “Cheer You On” by taking out most of the singing and keeping the action scenes of the girls fighting the rampaging robot JVJ-42061.
 
I pieced together a new audio track using sound effects from various movies, cartoons and online sources and added a music score composed of snippets of Alan Silvestri’s scores for both “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame”.
 
Then I went in and frame-by-frame edited out the animation error where Flash hands Sunset’s pendant back to her…in the original video she still has her pendant around her neck when he hands it to her. I corrected that little oversight.
 
Hey, maybe if someone likes what I did here I might could get a job as a sound editor or foley artist.
