“So I have been getting some great time in the studio to work on commission stuff. Yeah! However this has not given me much time to focus on dreamscape stuff. So have some more stuff I’ve scribbled out at work while on lunch or breaks.
 
I am not a very big fan of the Wonderbolts in the series, particularly Spitfire. She does not strike me as being good officer/ leadership material. However in my dreamscape the Wonderbolts are a much different organization. Very professional, and very much the pride of Equestria’s military. Drawn from the ranks of the Royal Guard they are the elite amongst fliers.
 
I am considering doing a color piece of Soarin talking with the two fillies. Especially after a recent issue of the IDW’s Friends Forever comics I can imagine Spitfire happily passing off the talking to the foals after performances to Soarin, and I can imagine him very much enjoying the chance to chat with potential future candidates for the Wonderbolts.”
