As expected this has caused yet another shitstorm within the fandom. Blows my mind how bitches can get more an more upset every time, but whatever. All I can say on the matter is what I’ve said for every goddamn thing that’s come up: Wait and see. In fact, this should be even less of an issue than shit like Sombra and Twilicorn because Equestria Girls is an entirely seperate spinoff show. If it’s good, then cool. More ponies and shit. If it’s shit, we can ignore it entirely.
 
Lookin at it now tho, I aint too sure bout the designs. The cutie marks on the faces is a weird touch. I don’t see why they couldn’t just have it on they clothes. I don’t think the semi-anthro look meshes well with the design style. Also, there’s just sumthin…off about the pony-colored skin. I honestly think that was a way to avoid any race bullshit. Course, bitches is still bitchin about race, doin they own edits and such, but that’s another issue.
 
I got my doubts, but I’ll give it a chance. MLP:FiM surprised me with it’s guality. I don’t see why this can’t.
