Another year, another birthday, at least I’m in good spirits right now. :)
I continue doing a tradition to draw something for myself for my birthday. And just feels therapeutic to draw my favourite characters being so sweet with each other.

The concept of my original characters come out when I decided I want to draw more and more. Also at that time I saw a let’s play video of the game “Murdered: Soul Suspect”. Holy shit, I still love this game. So, it inspired me to create a ghost character back then.
It was a blue ghost girl Jane, then I imagined her being alive and why she stayed as a ghost later. As cliche as it sounds, she had a dead lover Alice, whom she loved and missed so much, that she wanted vengeance againts those, who are guilty of Alice’s death. However Jane also died and became trapped in the ghost realm, not being able to reunite with Alice (because she’s somewhere in the better place). Star-crossed lovers, yay Britney Spears Lucky

Another day, I thought it would be funny to make a genderbend version of Jane and Alice - James and Allen xD. Short story, I liked them, drew them more and became attached. I didn’t want their story to end tragically, so I wanted to re-think their story. Allen is alive and thriving, he’s catching those, who killed his original counterpart. James, for the sake of drama, is a sad boy with sad backstory, who decides to assist Allen. I’m adding more details to the this, so now I have dozens of characters. 👍

James and Allen are my main OCs and I love them very much. I’ve been drawing them on my sketchbook for over ~8 years now. I don’t have a goal to make a full comic or something, so I’m just drawing OCs whenever I feel like and posting them here on DeviantArt sometimes.
