Kaiser Kattail, Supreme Ruler of the Katzenartig Imperium, once again began the familiar Cycle, but found himself far from his beloved Flusion.

This Content was part of a joint project between Equestria At War and the Gigastructural Engineering Team, timed to coincide with April 1st 2024.

Kaiser Kattail, who through freak accident ended up on Faust, first thought to bail in order to get back to his beloved Flusion. But he saw the sorry state of Abyssinia, and knew he couldn’t just do that without least trying.
And who knows? Perhaps he’d learn something new along the way.

Age: ∞ Infinity ∞
Biography: Kaiser Kattail is the Supreme and virtually Absolute Ruler of the Infamous Katzenartig Imperium. Kattail is charismatic and enigmatic, but at times extremely stupid. It is widely known that Kaiser suffers from delusions of grandeur, which drives him to strive for an absolutely unattainable Goal - the conquest of the entire Universe.

Despite the Fundamental impossibility of this Arrogant plan, Kaiser is unwilling to give up on attempts to conquer all of Existence. Moreover, Kattail can travel to Future Cycles of the Universe, and this ability gives him a virtually unlimited Number of Attempts. So he acquired his seemingly impossible Genius and Competence through Endless Trial and Error.

Despite his Imperialist views, Kattail firmly believes that all species should be treated Equally, and therefore he can be called a relatively Benevolent Despot, Sincerely Wanting to Improve the Lives of His Subjects. But although the Kaiser tries to ensure the equality of all Citizens of his Empire, Regardless of their origin, Dissent is still suppressed, and local Traditions and Values ​​are, if possible, Erased or Merged with the Katzen Culture.

So it is not easy to determine whether Kattail is a Villain or not. Yes, his Empire tries to provide good Living conditions for all Citizens, but if the Victorious March of the Katzens is stopped, then Kattail Easily leads forced conscription and Harsh Repression in a desperate attempt to Preserve his Empire.
