There was one of the Elements who felt bad about this since the beginning.
Fluttershy understood what Twilight was doing but she did not agree with how she handle it, Fluttershy saw how hurt and betrayed Spike was.
Fluttershy adores Spike since they first met, thinking of him as a little baby brother. Like Twilight she had a hard time accepting he’s growing up.
Even though she agreed about it she wish Twilight could have at least explain it better without hurting Spike’s feelings, and because of that Spike won’t talk to them and avoids them since Twilight told him to stay away. She confronted Twilight about the way she’s treating Spike lately and warns her if she continues pushing him away she will lose him forever.
Fluttershy feels sad and guilty that she didn’t stood up for him, but like always she’s too afraid to speak her mind. Since his banishment she wanted to believe he was innocent until she heard the truth from The Crusaders proving Spike was right, she helped search for him, she even summoned Discord for his help but there was no sign of him anywhere, she believes Spike is still alive out there and like the other mane six she will never take him for granted again.
