Background :
The real furry heart died the day she was born. Her mother, cadence keeper of the crystal heart, comes from a long line of keepers and it was no surprise Cadence was chosen as well. While she didn’t mind the idea she wasn’t going to postpone her life for it, a keeper must spend 30 years in service. So she wed her longtime boyfriend right after the ceremony, getting pregnant not long after always wanting to raise a family, this had not been done before so when she had an alicorn baby every pony was shocked. Celestia tried to remove the baby’s alicorn powers to no avail, unlike her mother where the position is temporary, she was born that way. Celestia then removed the horn from the child, this proved to be fatal so she replaced the baby with a changeling baby.
Background p.2:
Heart was chosen to replace the baby, being the most docile of her clutch. As a child it was fun, she could wreak havoc all over the place and none would usurer a word of compliant. It wasn’t until talk of her cutie mark came through her ears did she start to slow down. She had always followed Celestia instructions carefully, she’s the one who put her there and she is the second changeling to replace the first changeling that wouldn’t listen to her. So she copied her mothers, and when everyone noticed how similar it was she changed it. Same happed later on how she looked so different from her parents, so she changed it. How she looked different from other foals her age so she changed yet again. It got to the point where she just locked herself in her room to avoid having to constantly change to fit whatever image someone had of her.
