Original Description:

Following a period of heightened unrest in Aquileia, Gunnar would spare the lives of several suspected republican sympathizers. This, coupled with Gunnar’s unwillingness to participate in the brutal crackdowns against suspected dissidents, would result in serious accusations being brought against him by high ranking officers. He would eventually be forced to flee into exile. Leaving his old life, his friends, and family behind. Trading a promising career for a hard life, constantly on the move with no place to call home.
