Original Description:

With the evening finished the foals in bed, Ocean Soul surprised Maverick on their couch with his favorite snack; popcorn! She got herself a strawberry lemonade to sip on while he had chocolate milk, a guilty pleasure.
“Another fun day with my family!” Ocean Soul smiled, placing her hooves On Maverick’s back as he took a drink of his beverage.
“Indeed. We are so lucky to have a loving and caring mother…” Maverick smiled back, nuzzling his wife gently.
“I made you fresh popcorn with butter and truffle salt. Just as your mother would make you.” Ocean added, smiling widely.
“Mother…” Maverick said, his voice getting quiet. “I miss her.”
“You’ll see her again! She works so hard.” Ocean reassured him, grabbing some of the salty snack, munching happily. “Come on. We have the evening together. What do you want to do?”
Maverick ate some of the popcorn before looking at Ocean and smiling at her.
“How about a movie? And snuggles?”
“You read me like a book…” Ocean Soul giggled as she turned on the TV, finding a movie that just so happened to be Maverick’s favorite. A black and white movie from around the time his grandparents were born. He loved the old-time films.
