Strawberry Spritz is a 23 year old earthpony mare from Neigh Orleans, who owns and runs a small farm that specialises in growing strawberries and raspberries, but does grow some other crops as well. She inherited this smallholding from her grandfather, who passed away recently, and despite her ongoing grief, she has taken to working the farm with gusto, as it helps her stay focused.
Physically, Spritz is in great condition, being strong and energetic, with great endurance. She spends a lot of spare time working on her coat, mane, and tail- she may not be vain, but she does enjoy looking good, and staying fashionable. However, while working, she ties her mane and tail back, and wears a set of overalls
Ms. Spritz works alone in her greenhouses for much of the time, though she is sensible enough to hire help if the workload gets too heavy, like around harvesting times. She is not the most easily trusting of mares, so she tends to remain polite but cautious with both her workers, or to those trying to get to know her.
Strawberry Spritz is known to have a fairly laid back approach to farming, but she does have a good work ethic, and is very cognizant of planting and harvesting times, and crop rotation.
She’s not a mare for a life of constant excitement or adventure, as she is already doing what she wants to do with her life, and making enough money to be comfortable. Beyond that, she prefers to read non-fiction books, and dipped strawberries or raspberries with fresh, plain yoghurt are her favourite snacks.
Ms. Spritz is rather clumsy when it comes to dancing, but she has a soft singing voice, and tends to sing or hum constantly while working. She has a pair of blue ringneck parakeets named Donna and Daisy that are her constant, chatty companions, and they follow her almost everywhere- and will also sing and try to harmonise with Ms. Spritz when she sings.
When it comes to more personal matters, Strawberry Spritz is technically heterosexual, though is concentrating her efforts on her farm at present. She isn’t even really interested in dating anypony at present, or in the idea of having children. As far as she is concerned, she has plenty of time for all that in the future.
However, with someone she absolutely trusts, she will happily indulge in all manner of physical affection with them. She especially loves having thorough hoof massages.
