Heya everypony! I’m going to be on holiday for the next week for a certain mare-related convention in a certain subtropical peninsula. Hence, I’m not going to be posting much art. I have some backlog sketches I might bother to post, but activity may dip.
We’re talking about someone who bought a ticket to the 4chan pony convention, after all.
So what? Plenty of people like to amuse themselves by pretending to be ‘based’ or whatever. Case in point: most of this fucking fandom. If you don’t believe me, check out some of the people using the “Filly Anon” likeness on Twitter and elsewhere.

I see a third option: what if the artist just does what he wants and doesn’t give a fuck about what any of us think?
Not every artist is a Tumblrina who will have a melt down just because ‘the wrong people’ are following them. We’re talking about someone who bought a ticket to the 4chan pony convention, after all.
As I see it, either the artist will sit and stew in anger over people like us enjoying any part of their art, or they start sabotaging their own art with increasingly heavy handed propaganda and digs they think will piss us off, while growing dissatisfied with not making the art they want to.
For us it’s win-win.
@Fleur de Lis
I can live with hating 99% of art, because if there’s at least 1% of people that won’t back down, then I haven’t completely given up hope.

I am aware of that. I don’t like or support all of his work, just some of it.
In general, I keep transgender stuff filtered so I don’t have to look at it.

Exactly. They usually just do what the culture around them tells them to do.
Edited because: added more detail
You do realise most artists have always supported whatever ideology is in power at the time, right?

Supporting him just enables that behavior.

He’s a left-wing tranny activist, search “artist:moonatik, trixie” and you’ll know what I mean.
Yes, it is indeed Moonatik. Why do you say that?
