In order to make thing easier, Arc makes a safe zone, and pulls a handful of cores into it, safe and sound, allowing them to explore, rest, and heal under a few rules. This allows the coilers to take their time rescuing the cores, allowing them to get creative.
However, Rainbow Dash refuses to be ‘captured’ and hides scootaloo in a place that keeps her away from the Coilers. And so, Twilight Sparkle is sent after her… having mastered a newly perfected spell.

So, RD is my favorite of the main six… but I wanna try something fun.
like with Genesis Coils: Krypto and Genesis Coils: Little Deer, I actually want to leave this story up to you all. I’d like you to come up with a story from thsi picture and the premise. I’m honestly curious about that you come up with.

“Twilight Sparkle.”
Genesis Master Arc called out to his newest Coiler. The Alicorn naga came forth.
“Yes, sir?”
“One of the cores from your universe is not cooperating with the Safe Zone caretakers. If they are not retrieved, they will not be able to make it to Genesis.” Arc sighed in sadness.
“Who is the core, sir?”
“The young filly Scootaloo. Your friend Rainbow Dash took her and hid her away from the caretakers.”
“Goodness…”
Twilight was shocked that one of her friends was responsible for Scootaloo’s disappearance.
“I need you to find Rainbow Dash and ‘persuade’ her to give you Scootaloo’s location.”
“Understood. I will confront Rainbow Dash and get her to confess.”
Twilight salutes Arc with her tail and magically disappears out of thin air.
Rainbow Dash flew throughout the skies towards her home at the Cloudominium. The rainbow Pegasus was feeling tired from all the soaring she did all day and felt like going home to relax for the rest of the day. Upon landing in front of her home, opened the front door and saw nothing but darkness. She raised an eyebrow as she tried turning on the lights with the nearby light switch.
“That’s strange…The lights aren’t working.”
“Rainbow Dash…” came a mysterious voice within the house.
“Ahhh!” Rainbow Dash jumped.
“W-who’s there?”
“Rainbow Dash…”
Rainbow Dash gulped and slowly trotted into her home, leaving her door open as the only source of light.
“W-who ever you are…You better show yourself right now or you’re gonna be so-”
Suddenly, something slithery grabbed onto the scared Pegasus’ legs, keeping her from moving.
“Wha-what the?!”
The lights came back on to show that her legs were wrapped by snake’s coils. They were dark indigo with pink and purple streaks. The coils continued to wrap around her, going upwards and stopping at her neck.
“A snake?… No, these coils… They belong to-”
“Yes, they belong to me Rainbow Dash.”
Twilight was hovering above Rainbow Dash with the help of her Alicorn magic. The colorful naga slowly made her descent as she was face to face with her Pegasus friend.
“H-hey Twilight.” Rainbow Dash chuckled nervously.
“What’s going on?”
“You know exactly what’s going on.”
Rainbow Dash knew what she did yesterday was against the rules of the Safe Zone but she did what was best for Scootaloo.
“Uh… I don’t know what you are talking about Twilight…” Rainbow Dash blushed as she shifted her eyes.
“ULP!” Rainbow Dash yelped as Twilight lightly squeezed her with her own coils.
“I’m here cause I and Arc know that you hid Scootaloo away from the caretakers.”
“How do you know it was me? Somepony else could’ve done-ULP!”
Twilight’s squeeze was a little harder than before as she sighed to calm herself and change her tone.
“I know you and Scootaloo are very good friends but you should know better than to lie to your close friend, Rainbow Dash.” Twilight said with concern.
“We are only doing what’s best for her and everypony else in the Safe Zone. If everyone cooperates, we will be able to live peaceful lives in Genesis.” Twilight’s tone changed once more to be more demanding.
“Now, tell me where she is or there is going to be consequences.”
“N-no!” Rainbow Dash yelled.
“I’ll never tell you where she is! No matter how hard you squeeze me, I’ll never spill the truth-ULP!” Rainbow Dash could only squirm as she tried to break free from her friend’s coils.

Despite Twilight squeezing once more, she could tell her Pegasus friend wasn’t going to cooperate. She pondered while tapping her chin with her tail. Just then, an excellent idea came to mind as her attitude changed drastically.
“C’mon Rainbow Dash, you can tell me where she is. You can trust me…”
Twilight closed her eyes and when she opened them, her vision changed into colorful spirals.
“I already told you! I will never te-”
Rainbow Dash’s anger subsided as she looked at her naga friend’s eyes. They were the prettiest eyes she had ever seen.
“I…I…”
Twilight brought her tail behind Rainbow’s head and brought it up close to her eyes, ensuring that her Pegasus friend doesn’t look away.
“Ssshh… No need to talk. Just keep staring into my eyes…”
As she kept staring, her pupils shrank and were replaced with rainbow spirals. In each eye reflected those beautiful colors of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet on repeat. Rainbow Dash couldn’t help but smile as she stared into pure bliss.
PING!
Just like that, Rainbow Dash’s was speechless as her mouth hung agape. She no longer struggled in Twilight’s coils.
“I warned you, Rainbow Dash.” Twilight said with a stern voice.
“You broke the rules, hid the filly, AND ran away.”
Twilight started to loosen her grip on Rainbow Dash, knowing that her friend was ready to confess.
“There is no escape from this. Where… is… Scootaloo?”
“She…” Rainbow Dash muttered in a monotone voice.
“She is… hiding in a hidden house in the woods…”
“Which one?”
“The one that may belong…to a diamond blue octoplush…”
“Ah, that house. Very good.” Twilight smirked.
“I’ll have to contact someone and let them know they have a visitor.”
“Now that I have my answer, I am going to have to punish you for breaking the rules.” Twilight pondered once more for a good method of punishment and after a few seconds, she got another excellent idea.
“AAAHHHHAHAHAHA!!” Rainbow Dash cried. She found herself floating in midair by Twilight’s magic as she is tickled by fluffy feathers under her armpits, legpits, hooves, and around the ears.
“Pl-Plea-HEHEHE-se stop, Twilight!”
“Only 5 more minutes of your punishment, Rainbow Dash.”
“OHOHO C’mon! It has be-HEHEHE-en 10 minutes already! This Rea-HEHEHE-lly Ti-HEHEHE-ckles! AHHHAHAHAHAHA!!”
“Arguing with me will only add another five.”
Rainbow Dash immediately stopped talking but also tried holding her mouth shut from all the laughing, but it was no use. She couldn’t help but laugh endlessly from Twilight’s relentless tickling.
“Don’t forget, this is only part one of your punishment. When time runs out, I’ll have you singing like a canary~”
Rainbow Dash could only gulp before continuing to guffaw as she dreaded what her friend’s words meant.
