Original Description:
is not the best but i wanted to get it out so i can plan a restructure of my art style so it can look better for the future.
i do like the lighting in the first panel is atmospheric but a little messy i need to practice on lighting but hopefully i can make it my own style while still being show accurate.
it’s a short comic, i tried to draw the second panel but it was too much and added too much time so i had to remove Matthew from that part because again too much time but i can say he and his mom are inside waiting for the Suprise to unfold along with the others who are also waiting for the same event.

i need to find a pony who has a similar coat color to the characters i have so i can find an accurate nighttime color for them, because idk how to do it and i don’t think a blue filter will help like i did here.
what i plan is that after this story i will start what i call an artistic reboot for the art style what i hope to do is:
get accurate character sheets and put colors in for both day and night.
character shadows for size comparisons so i can have a reference to look back to so i can be consistent like i did before but more updated
practice lighting
find a way where i can get out quality art but won’t take days or weeks to do for ponies, for backgrounds is another matter i have to figure out what would be better when making backgrounds

i’m sorry for how the comics look so far, but is hard to do but i will get through this because this part is better as a comic so you can see the emotions better then by just reading it like a book
well i hope you enjoyed anyways and i’m going to do my best
