I was inspired by two artists in the MLP Art community, the first being dfectivedvice, who is no longer on dA but is still around, due to his sketchy style that matched mine and made me believe that I could take my style and grow with it.  
The second, is Longinius, who’s attention to detail is top notch. I love the proportions, the jewelry, and embellishments they add. If I wasn’t doing my more sketchy style, I was very detailed oriented at the time, liking patterns and folds.
 
While this isn’t the first time I’ve tried to emulate Longinius’ style, I think it is the most successful. Not as dynamic of a pose, or as good of proportions (need a little more junk in the trunk to round her out), I am very happy with the amount of detail I was able to add in the stockings, garter belt, choker, and earring.
