Twilight was both taller and more experienced than Diamond, and as such, she felt certain this’d be an easy fight and she could beat up the younger earth pony without problem. However, she was a very by-the-book boxer, whereas Diamond didn’t mind fighting dirty if it could ensure her victory. Before the bell even rang, while Twilight’s guard was still down, Diamond stepped in and delivered a brutal uppercut to Twilight’s unprepared abs!
