Lately, I’ve been rediscovering the work of Go Nagai, the creator of Cutey Honey, Devilman, Mazinger Z, and MANY other titles. My fellow Nagai fans will likely recognize the Toenail of Satan (YES, that IS his name) from Kekko Kamen. For the uninitiated, he is the principal of Sparta Academy - a boarding school that employs “punishment counselors” to humiliate and physically torture underperforming students. Sounds like the kind of job Abacus Cinch would gravitate to following her departure from Crystal Prep!
Just a quick little crossover piece that I simply had to put down on paper (and iPad).
