I feel I did a much better job at making this base than my last one.  
_{You can choose between two different style horns, and opened or closed wings!}  
The layers are locked as well, so all you have to do is choose a color and color in! : )

For Sai/Photoshop users. I won’t be making an MS paint friendly version, but if you want to make one, you’re more than welcome to. You must credit me for the base design if you do so.
