Original Description:
 
Hol had planned ahead before he even set foot into the Apples’ barn. In his right pocket he placed holly and in his left pocket he had placed mistletoe.
 
At least, that’s what he kept telling himself. If he had to be honest, the names for the Christmas plants jumbled around in his mind. All he really knew was that the move he was planning to make was cheesy, and if he couldn’t fully pull it off, he’d be making a fool of both of them.
 
Continuing over his plan in his mind, he didn’t notice when a small mare had opened the door.
 
 
“Howdy Hol! Don’t just stand out there in the cold, come on in!” With a restrained yelp, he had been dragged into the festivity.
 
“Glad ya made it! Applebloom hugged his leg. He chuckled and ruffled her mane. “Nice to see ya, Bloomy! Heard you baked the pie this year, it smells good!” He breathed in the sweet smell of apple and brown sugar.
 
“I sure did,thank you!” She grinned, dropping her voice to a whisper. “Its the white one, by the way.” She winked, trotting off.
