I came up with a little story for those two:
 
While visiting Canterlot during Hearts & Hooves Day, Trixie was depressed that she doesn’t have a boyfriend. So Starlight Glimmer, Rarity, and Princess Cadance decided to help her. Cadance used a spell to find the perfect match for Trixie. Unfortunately for them, it was Prince Blueblood, who is current concerned for his status since his aunts have retired.
 
Feeling doubts, the three friends introduce to two anyway. To Trixie, it was love at first sight. But to Blueblood, she was just another commoner. But Trixie was so persistent in proving that they belong together, that she wanted to give the prince a “Great and Powerful” kiss. Worried about the mare and for his own royal lips, Blueblood tried to get away from her. But she (like Pepe Le Pew) always manage to catch up with him.
 
Then she finally had him countered, and forced her kiss onto him. The prince managed to enjoy the kiss and started falling in love with Trixie, calling her “The Great and Powerful…and Beautiful Trixie”. The three friends were very happy for Trixie, and especially with Prince Blueblood. He has miraculously changed into a more charming and more considerate prince, especially to his new girlfriend.
