This is Tox (formerly named Daphnis Sparkle) is the non-binary child of Princess Luna and Princess Twilight Sparkle.  
They’re a bicorn (unicorn with two horns), but they have performed a transformation spell to move the horns to the sides of their face to look more like a dragon.  
They dye their hair dark colours, because they don’t like their natural mane colours.
