This is pretty much the most accurate thing to say. SOME things are kinda nice, the models have a lot of effort put into them, but the humor isn’t all that good, the actions and pacing reek of the ADHD pace of generic tv garbage, and over half the cast act like late G4 Pinkie Pie, which is often rattling off quip after quip hoping SOMETHING lands.
Some people are filled with hope. And some are filled with NOPE.

It’s more that we don’t like a fair bit of what we’ve been shown and are now pessimistic. Some things are off-putting, some things raise warning flags and some things are just kind of stupid.
What is there to like? The show isn’t out yet.
It’ll be liked by some people when its out I’m sure. What I’ve seen so far isn’t exactly filling me with hope, but we will see if it’s a trashfire or not when it comes out.
Glad to see soneone likes G5 here. I found many Ponybooru users don’t like it.
