Ah yes, the infamous story that started it all!

Filled with a lust for the public’s love and affection, as well as gaining a jealousy of her sister, the spite swelled inside of the young lunar princess, the evil Tantabus in her erupting from her mind- consuming her. From this day, Luna was no more. Instead, she was replaced by a much more sinister mare. The evil tyrant known as Nightmare Moon.

The sky darkened, the sun was blocked with the moon- it was planned to be eternal night. She made new servants, she planned to make a new kingdom… but that plan soon turned to ash as her own sister rose up against her. Blinded by hate, Luna fought Celestia with no remorse, and filled with grief, Tia fought back.

Of course… Tia didn’t put all of her strength into the battle… this was her sister after all, and she loved her dearly. This weak spot led to Nightmare Moon almost defeating her. If it had not been for the Elements of Harmony that were locked safely in the middle of the throne room floor, Nightmare Moon would reign.

But she soon fell to the magic of the Elements, banished for 1,000 years on the moon, locked away as her now lonely sister ruled the land on her own…
