I am pretty sure you’re referring to the (technically 4chan-sourced) spite edit of the original image by ALR. See “leash bounce pose” on Twibooru/Ponerpics.
The edit is obviously not authored by ALR (and tagged “do not steal” as mockery), but it being taken as such is a hilarious, and expected, result.

It’s a foalcon only site. you need to access it from other sites of that kind of stuff… It is connected to ATFbooru and it’s game modding site All The Fallen. Some of the things people say on those sites make the hair on the back of my neck stand up… yikes.
Btw, one of the tags on the gif is “do_not_steal” so it’s pointing to him more.

I’m sure it’s just more tracing. Also looking for that booru only returns results from other sites talking about it. What’s its deal?
Now I’m not saying that ALR drew it, but what I am saying is that the animation is in his art style and it’s lolicon.

It’s also the most misnamed. There’s no hugging going on there save for when someone’s looking for a cleaner shot at your back with their knife.

160. And then someone promptly edited it into anonfilly (and then again into human penis), for free. Honestly such prices are acceptable, it’s the attitude that comes with them that isn’t.
Though I personally think that ALR is growing complacent, and hence slowly degrading in art quality.
When it comes to the art ALR knows plenty, but his behaviour is a main issue and showed no maturity of this “traced” gif drama.

Doesn’t show at plain sight. However some people were complaining the price of a latest animation, and think it was around €150.
Do they have “commie” or “anti-capitalist” in their bio? Plenty of other paid artists do.
Not sure how that is related to ALR. It’s a Karen situation, not a Kommie one.
What better way to prove capitalism is as evil as they claim than to take it as far as the law allows? Not much different than people who look for holes in the warning labels so they can injure themselves and sue the manufacturer.
I find it funny how the people who are anti-capitalist end up being the worst kind of capitalist known to man.
