Crap, I just looked at who made the Starlight vector, I mistook SpellboundCanvas for Sketchmcreations.
Spellboundcanvas made the Starlight vector, Pink1ejack made the Sunburst vector.
Sketchmcreations had nothing to do with this picture.

Also, it says on the artist’s account Use of commissioned images requires permission over on deviantART, from both the artist and the commissioner.
That means I need to ask him permission to use the vector someone commissioned him to make, that doesn’t include ALL the other vectors he makes for free. And that Starlight vector wasn’t a paid commission, so it’s free for anyone to use.

Does it even matter? When I show them proof when an artist gives me permission and doesn’t have an account on the site, they still ignore the proof I show them and delete the image anyway, they don’t care either way.
As a matter of fact, SketchMCreations is on the DNP list (“with permission only” means no edits).
It’s a screencap with a vector on it, but the artist of the Starlight vector wasn’t on the DNP list, but they still deleted it anyway.
Rule 1???
